Financial Report

We offer assistance in the creation of the community's annual budget. We also offer full-service budget creations as well for those community's who prefer their budget to be created by our firm.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES

We have an experienced and dedicated staff to fulfill maintenance requests ranging from preventative maintenance to work order requests. Rest assured you can count on our team to take the guess work out of handling any of the routine maintenance items for your community.

COLLECTION OF DUES

Whether your fees are collected monthly, quarterly or annually, we've got you covered. Our firm provides residents with different options to pay their fees.  If you have accounts that become delinquent we work with the Association's attorney to enforce the Association's collection policy.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our firm is equipped to manage any size project the Association takes on, whether it be a preventative maintenance project or a long-term maintenance project, we've got you covered.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

We manage the payments to your community's vendors, review vendor contracts and the services provided for the community.

BOARD MEETINGS

We facilitate Board Meetings, where we will work to lead and advise the Board to ensure effective decision-making as well as strategic planning for the community's best interests.

RESERVE STUDY 

Our firm will assist the Board of Directors in implementing the Community's Reserve Study to ensure it stays on track and budgets accordingly.
