With more than 19 years of experience in the real estate property management industry, Kimberly has built Association Advisors of Central Ohio on a foundation of integrity, responsiveness, and proactive management. She understands the challenges Boards face every day—from financial stewardship and vendor management to long-term maintenance planning, governance, and resident relations. Her philosophy is simple: a management company should be more than a service provider; it should be a trusted advisor. Kimberly works alongside every Board to provide strategic guidance, practical solutions, and the leadership necessary to protect and enhance the long-term value of each community.

Karen brings more than 30 years of property management accounting experience, providing Associations with the confidence that their financial operations are managed with precision, transparency, and accountability. She understands that strong financial management is the cornerstone of a successful Association. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help Boards make informed financial decisions while maintaining the trust of their homeowners.
